You don’t need to become a member of CORENA to donate to our community renewable energy projects or to help spread the word about us. However, membership fees help us cover the basic unavoidable admin expenses, like annual financial audits, insurance, and web hosting.
Membership fees are:
- $25 per year for individuals
- $40 per year for a family (two adults)
- $10 per year concession or low-income (self-assessed)
- $10 per year special rate for CORENA volunteers
Members have a vote at CORENA general meetings and AGMs, which are held either in person in Adelaide or via Zoom. Membership is nation-wide, so not all members will be able to attend in person, but members can email us if they have matters they want discussed at meetings, and can arrange proxy votes. All members will be added to the members’ mailing list, and also receive the e-news we send to everyone on the CORENA mailing list. If you agree with CORENA’s aims and the way we operate (read our constitution), we hope you will become a member.
To become a member, please submit the form below and use Internet banking to transfer your membership fee to our Admin bank account. We will send your receipt to your email address. Please make sure you state your name in the payer field so we know which transaction is from you. Alternatively, you can post us a cheque and include your name, address for sending your receipt, and email address (if you have one). Or, you can deposit the membership fee directly into our Admin account at any branch of the People’s Choice Credit Union after filling in the form below.
