WVCCC is a Community Based Non-Profit Child Care Center managed by a Parent Committee. WVCCC has been continuously operating since 1992 and is an approved service providing high quality care and education for children from 0 to 5 years old.

Our revolving fund proves to be particularly powerful when we are fundraising for larger projects like this 31.2kW solar installation for Woden Valley CCC. Loan repayments from earlier completed projects covered almost 2/3 of the $38,744 cost of this solar project.

– 78 x LG NeON2 400W panels
– 1 x SolarEdge SE27.6K inverter with P850 optimisers
Cost: $38,744 (ex GST)
Expected savings: 45,000kWh/yr, $5,920/yr
Reduction in carbon emissions/yr: Equivalent to 8.11 average households using renewable electricity instead of grid electricity
