We are surprised and delighted to have received a very generous offer to match admin-specific donations dollar-for-dollar, up to a maximum of $5,000, till 31 December 2020.
Can you help? We plan to use these funds for a bit of paid help with those essential things that our volunteer committee never seem to have quite enough time to do.
We imagine most of our supporters would rather chip in to one of our practical emissions reduction projects, and we\’re very pleased when you do that, but as a once-off thing we\’d like you to consider making an admin-specific donation instead.
UPDATE: The above matching offer closed on 31 December 2020, as planned. At that point we had received $3,975 to be matched. But then, a month later, a supporter who did not know about this matching offer till after it closed donated the shortfall, and that too was matched, so we ultimately did manage to raise the $10k target amount after all.
